Set up in
about 2 minutes.

Add the shortcut below and enter your name and email when prompted.

Open Shortcuts → Automation → New Automation. Select App, then tap Choose and pick every app you want ScrollJail to intercept.

Set trigger to Is Opened. Select Run Immediately. Turn Notify When Run off. Tap Next.

Select the ScrollJail shortcut as the action. Done.

Open any blocked app → verify your email when asked. ScrollJail is live.
