> ScrollJail is a free AI-powered anti-doomscrolling tool for iPhone. When a user opens a blacklisted app, an iOS Shortcut intercepts it and asks why. An AI bouncer evaluates the reason and decides whether to grant access, deny it, or issue a challenge.

ScrollJail is not a blocker. It interrupts the unconscious autopilot - the moment "I'll just check one thing" silently becomes 20 minutes of mindless scrolling. The intervention is a consciousness check, not a parental control.
